How to Add Interval Comments and Coaching Notes
Adding comments and coaching notes to your workout intervals can make a huge difference during training. Whether you're coaching others or just want to remind yourself about cadence targets, form cues, or what each interval is supposed to accomplish, interval comments help keep you focused when the watts start hurting.
Where Comments Show Up
Interval comments are available for ZWO file downloads for Zwift, with more systems coming soon. When you're riding, these comments appear exactly where you'd expect them - right when each interval begins. This is particularly useful for complex workouts where you need specific guidance on technique or pacing.

The offset determines when during the interval your comment appears. If you want the comment to show right when the interval starts, use a very small value rather than trying to leave it at zero.

If your comments aren't showing up during a workout, double-check the workout in the editor first. The comments should be visible there. If they look right but still don't appear during training, stopping and restarting the workout sometimes helps, though this isn't ideal mid-session.
